Unlike other lift companies that might declare your lift too old or unable to source parts, we often provide innovative solutions.

At Canterbury Lifts, we don't believe in holding our customers hostage with lengthy contracts, upselling, or unnecessary sub-contracting. Instead, we offer no-contract agreements, meaning we will service your lift for as long as you wish. If you are not satisfied with our service, you are always free to leave. We are confident in the quality of our service and believe you will feel the same. We diagnose only what is necessary and use sub-contractors only when absolutely required, and always with your prior approval and our presence on site.

Our engineers are not afraid to get their hands dirty to ensure your lift is properly serviced and cleaned. Many lift companies charge extra for cleaning services, but we include it in our standard service. Our engineers are given ample time for each job to ensure everything is left clean, the customer is happy, and the lift is in full working order.
